Custom software for licensed cannabis operations
We’ve been building cannabis software for more than six years, for cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, and the businesses that serve them, in California, New Mexico, and beyond. In this industry every plant, package, and mile is regulated and reported, and a software error can put a license at risk. We build against that.
State track-and-trace, built in
We integrate directly with state regulatory systems, including METRC and BioTrack, so your operational data and your compliance data are the same data. No re-entry, no end-of-week reconciliation, no surprises at audit time.
What we’ve built for cannabis operators
Seed-to-sale ERP
For cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution operations management.
A configurable process builder
That let a raw biomass processor define and run its own sorting and packaging workflows.
A transportation order management platform
For New Mexico’s largest cannabis logistics provider: 250+ vendors and retailers, 450+ users, 20,000+ orders processed, with dispatch, parcel and payment tracking, QR-coded shipping labels, services invoicing, document upload, alerts, driver mobile tools, and rejected, failed, and partial deliveries handled at the door, with retry or return to sender.
Mello Pocket Advisor
Our own product: realtime compliance monitoring and analytics for cultivators, connected to state track-and-trace.
Payment and collections workflows
For multi-party operations where the money has to be right: amounts due and received tracked, shortfalls flagged.
Automation around the compliance work
Much of the paperwork in this industry arrives by email and gets retyped: lab results, supplier offers, license documents. We build workflows that read it into your systems, check it against what you expect, and flag anything unusual for a person. Ranking biomass offers by true cost per unit of potency, instead of asking price, is one example of what becomes possible once the data is clean. Where a mistake could reach a state record, a person stays in the loop.
Why it matters beyond cannabis
If your industry answers to a regulator, the problems will look familiar to us: regulated inventory, multi-party logistics, reporting deadlines. Cannabis is where we proved the approach. Back to everything we build
